Who these terms are for
These terms apply when you buy from gabriellaamoura.com. They gather in one place what our Shipping & Returns and FAQ pages already say. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our diamonds
Unless a product page says otherwise, the diamonds we sell are lab-grown and come from an IGI-certified catalog. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, grown above ground instead of mined.
Prices and errors
Prices are in US dollars. Each product page shows the price for the metal, carat and size you choose, and checkout shows the total before you pay. Prices marked From are the lowest option.
We work to keep every price and description accurate. If a piece is listed at a clearly wrong price, or an error in a listing affects your order, we will contact you before it ships. You can then continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment
Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
On eligible orders you can also pay over time with Affirm or Afterpay. Those plans are offered by Affirm and Afterpay, and their terms are shown at checkout.
Made to order and ship dates
Many pieces are made to order. Every piece shows its ship-by date on its product page and in your bag before you pay. Ready pieces ship in 1 to 2 business days; made-to-order pieces, including every custom ring, are made for you first, so their date is later.
Shipping
Free insured shipping on every order. We currently ship within the United States. Every shipment is fully insured from our studio to your door, and signature confirmation is required on orders over $1,000. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Return any non-custom piece within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Ring Builder and custom-designed pieces are final sale.

Imagery
Our model and lifestyle imagery is created with AI. Product renders are made from photos of each exact design.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the terms in place when you order apply to that order.
