Usually 5–7 business days once your piece ships
When it ships: every piece shows its ship-by date on its product page and in your bag. Ready pieces ship in 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces, including every custom ring, are made for you first, so their date is later; we show it before you pay.
All shipments are fully insured from our studio to your doorstep, in discreet packaging with no branding on the outside. Only you need to know what's inside.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
Not in love? Return any non-custom piece within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Standard pieces: Full refund within 30 days. We'll provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges: Want a different size or style? We'll handle the swap at no extra charge.
Custom orders: Ring Builder and custom-designed pieces are final sale. We stand behind our craftsmanship: if there's a quality issue, we'll make it right.
Ring Sizing
Not sure of your ring size? Here are a few ways to find out:
Visit a local jeweler: Most will size your finger for free; it takes 30 seconds.
Use a ring you already own: Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter in millimeters. We can convert that to a ring size.
Resizing: Resizing is available on most styles. Contact us for a quote. Custom Ring Builder pieces are made to your exact size and are final sale.
Insurance & Security
Every Gabriella Amoura shipment is fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit. Signature confirmation is required on orders over $1,000.
We recommend insuring your jewelry for daily wear as well. Your order receipt, plus the grading report where your piece has one, makes the appraisal process straightforward.
