All shipments are fully insured from our studio to your doorstep. We use discreet packaging with no branding on the exterior — only you need to know what's inside.
You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
Not in love? Return any non-custom piece within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Standard pieces: Full refund within 30 days. We'll provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges:Want a different size or style? We'll handle the swap at no extra charge.
Custom orders: Ring Builder and custom-designed pieces are final sale. We stand behind our craftsmanship — if there's a quality issue, we'll make it right.
Ring Sizing
Not sure of your ring size? Here are a few ways to find out:
Visit a local jeweler: Most will size your finger for free — it takes 30 seconds.
Use a ring you already own: Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter in millimeters. We can convert that to a ring size.
Complimentary resize: Every ring purchase includes one free resize within 60 days. After that, resizing is available for a small fee.
Insurance & Security
Every Gabriella Amoura shipment is fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit. Signature confirmation is required on orders over $1,000.
We recommend insuring your jewelry for daily wear as well. Your IGI certification and digital diamond passport make the appraisal process straightforward.
